[Process]
1. Cut the beef brisket into chunks of 5-8 cm square. Dip them in water for 20 minutes, and then put them into the cooker with cold water and blanch them for 3 minutes. Then ladle them out and wash the blood away.
2. Cut a cross on the top of tomato and pour hot water on it. Then peel it and dice it.
3. Peel and dice potato and carrot. Dip the processed potato in water.
4. Put the processed main ingredients, seasonings and water into Gemside automatic meal cooker.

[Key Points]
1. To avoid the food materials sticking to the cooker botton, the potato dices shall be placed at the surface when placing ingredients into the cooker.
2. If there is too much fat oil, you may ladle out some properly.
3. If the soup is not thick enough, you can turn on the [H Dry up cooking] function for the 2nd round of sauce reduction.
4. If there is no coconut milk, you may replace it with milk.
